Due to the COVID-19, our return policy on Any items purchased on our Infectious diseases section are NON refundable, NO RETURNS.
At Advanced Medical Supply, we accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase. Must be sealed and in its original packaging. A Re-stocking Fee applies to all Returns. Items such as Tubigrip, Tubifast, GlucanPro300, and Tubifast Garments may not be returned due to health contamination issues. If an item is returned for "damaged/ does not work" Reasons, we request that the defective product is sent back in order to receive an exchange or a refund. If not, then we will deduct accordingly.
